GEN 21 LMS / Failed Upload

I also use GEN 21 for one client. At what point does the failed upload occur? The only time I've seen an "error" is if GEN 21 does not recognize the ZIP as being SCORM-compliant. Never experienced a "real" error message.
Has GEN 21 looked at the source material? I have found their support to be extremely helpful.
