Fullscreen publishing

That is exactly what I mean, no browser bars, but only a e.g. white background with the course running in the middle of it.Meanwhile I managed to have it full screen in IE, but not yet in Firefox.The resulting problem is, that the course itself is only centered horizontally but not vertically. It is attached to the top border of the screen.
