full screen video- controls disappear

What device / OS / browser are we dealing with? It may have to do with how the course is launched also, what LMS do you use?

Interesting. Typically when a video goes fullscreen then the OS takes over. The controls are hidden unless you tap the video. Is that the behavior they are seeing?

Try tapping once in the middle on the screen and see if the controls show up.

There should be a control (after tapping) that will switch out of fullscreen mode.

The client is expecting. "close full screen" button or icon.

Might have to use a video chrome that does not include a full screen option.
