FTP files: to what directories?

I havent uploaded a Lectora generated site via FTP in a while. I used FTP to transfer up the Lectora Publish to Web output to our web server. But only the first page is displaying.Lectora Wen Publish doesnt really crank out the files in the right order they need to be on the web server I think.Is this how it should go:.js and .html files in servers rootpdfs in a folder called externimages in aimges folderIs that right?
