FTP files: to what directories?

UPDATE: it resolved. After a reload of the files via FTP it now works. There must just have been a trnasfer glitch. In addition, I think when they refreshed their browsers and cleared the cache things fell back into place. I really appreciate the help !!!UPDATE: it resolved.
