FTP files: to what directories?

What version of Lectora?There is no particular order necessary. The generated html pages just need to be in a folder together along with any other folders Lectora created.I select HTML from the Publish menu. That creates an html folder with all the pages in it along with an images folder and a files folder. I put the entire html folder and all subfolders on my web server. Then I start the course by launching the index.html page.
