Frames or Borders for Images

I'd like to see another "time-amd-click saver" implemented.Currently, if I want to put a border around an image, I have to create a transparent rectangle, edit it to define the border properties, and manually size it over the image.Then, if any transition is used, the rectangle and image need to be grouped and the transition applied to the group.Better would be to add the same border functionality that's available for text to the image properties.
