Can someone please look into fixing the time stamp on forum topics and posts?

It's the same for me, although it varies (depending on the forum the post is in?). For the "Lectora 16.2.2 ..." topic there are two spans, 1st for "Jennifer Valley" 2nd for "2 months...". In the other topics the whole text is in a single span.

No, I'd like to see the number of days and hours that the person posted on one line. It's not off for you?

The time stamp reflects Eastern Standard Time since that's the time zone the company is based out of. Were you expecting it to show your local time instead?
I see it now! There must be a weird break in the coding. I'll bring it to the developers attention.
If you remove both the float and width from the classes li.bbp-forum-freshness, li.bbp-topic-freshness it will fix the "freshness" formatting issue.
