I created a form with various fields that the user needs to complete before submitting via email. I tested this and email shows up, but rather than just the name, address, phone, email, and training date the following appears:
E-mail confirm=Thank you for completing the online training
Name=Joe Shmo
Address= 1111 Street
E-mail=joe@e-mail.address
Phone=111=2222
Also the training date is in an entry field that pulls in the current date when the page opens, but it either does not pull into the listing above, or comes in as trainingdate=date_0001. I have tried putting the name and values in the parameters list, and with out. The date shows up correctly on the slide, but not when emailed. New to this, so I am sure it is something simple that is escaping me. Thanks.
