I am currently using the Lectora Version 12.0.1 on my company given Dell Laptop running Windows 7 and my form elements are no longer working. I am unable to enter text into the entry field or use the drop down. When I hoover over them my mouse changes but I'm not allowed to do anything to them. Even when I Lectora preview, Internet preview (Chrome and IE; both newest versions) and SCORM. I checked my layering and everything seems fine. Any suggestions?
I've been trying to add an entry field for students to submit their name that I can then use in subsequent pages to make the course more personalized, but every time I try the entry field does not function. I can't type anything into it no matter which function I use to preview it.
