I seem to get it but i dont understand that Bold PartWhere do i find out the area called Entry0001form. I have typed a few different items in there and i dont know what i should add there. It say to click on the properties for the form but they dont give any information like "Entry0001form" from the what the post said. I am sorry if any could please help me out with this it would be great even if i am able to send a file to you so you could set it up. Thanks so far for everyones help.
