font 'look' variation problem (thin vs. thick looking)

Never heard of such. Can you take a page that is doing that, put it in a Lectora file by itself, make sure it is still failing, and then post that file to the Files section of the Lounge? Use File menu > Export > Zip and post that. Make sure you make the file Public.
