flv in executable

I too seem to be having an issue with this. The new Lectora comes with many Flash activities, but they only seem to work when published as HTML. How can I get them to work when publishing to a "single file executable"? My current project needs to be made in this way because the client doesn't allow the employees to access the internet.I too seem to be having an issue with this.
