FLV Events & Chrome

Have a title with an FLV with Actions. Works great In IE9 & FireFox 11 yet fails in Chrome. (Yet to Test Safari)

Only difference I can see is chrome is using Flash v 11,3,300,257 and other browsers use the standard windows flash 11.3.300.262.

Any ideas?
