Flash to Lectora

Sounds like you did not check the "Auto Start" property for the flash file in lectora. Try that.

If that was not the case, you may be suffering from the "Click to Activate" plague. You can try looking into using SWFObject to embed your flash files into Lectora. This eliminates the "Click to Activate" necessity. Search SWFObject in these forums if this is the case.
