Flash timing slows down in Lectora

I'm developing courses in Lectora that use Flash components, such as screen captures with a series of highlights timed to the audio (audio is embedded in the Flash). When these Flash files are brought into Lectora, the timing of the events ends up being slower than the audio, and it gets worse as the animation continues. By the end of the animation, the audio is finished long before the accompanying animation.I could really use some help on this one. Thanks.
