Flash Security Settings -- FLV audio files

I'm not sure which Flash settings you are referring to. We have discussed a couple of different issues here regarding versions of flash and conversion of .mp3 files to FLV by Lectora and by other encoders.
I use the Flash Video Encoder that comes with Flash CS3 Professional. The only setting per se that controls version of encoded flv is the choice that is given for encoding profiles, ie. Flash Player Version and bitrate. The CS3 Flash Video Encoder only goes up to Flash Player 8 unless there is an update that I don't know about.
Lectora does not provide any Flash settings that allow you to choose which version of media player it encodes the FLV to. Perhaps someone knows which player the latest Lectora is optimized for.
The Flash Security Settings are the settings that can be accessed from a Flash object in the browser window when right clicked.
