Flash Security Settings -- FLV audio files

We have started using the FLV Audio files exclusively. However, we have been getting a lot of calls from users that are having problems hearing the audio or in some cases even navigating as we use set events on each FLV file to trigger navigation and other actions.

I am wondering if any of you have come across this issue as well, and what you are doing to perhaps warn the user that they may need to adjust thier Flash Security Settings. I was thinking it would be great if the course could first detect the Flash Security Settings that a user has established and if they are not set to allow the content then a message and a link to the Flash Security Setting page would be displayed.
