I should have been a little more clear. You are correct that a FLV audio file will not have a clickable object. In that case you would need the URL to go directly to the settings support pages to address the issue. This may all be a mute point if the correct version of Flash Player is used. I am still developing my theory as to why some of our users were having problems, and it seems to boil down to the player incompatability more than the security settings. Although when some users changed security settings it allowed the content to play.
