Flash Frame Rate

Okay - I know this is nitpicking, but I seem to remember from my undergraduate degree in Broadcasting (which was, granted, was almost 25 years ago) that television displays at 30fps (and now, with progressive scan TVs/monitors, 60fps).Not that there's a huge difference between 25fps and 30fps....just trying to get some return for all that money I spent getting that degree!
