Flash Frame Rate

How are your flash files being put into Lectora? There is the import animation option, or you can add them as an external html object, and lately we've been embedding them using javascript to get around the IE active x issue. Anyway, if you let me know how you're putting them in maybe I can duplicate the problem and figure out what is causing the slow frame rate.How are your flash files being put into Lectora?
