Flash files autoplay in Lectora when they are not programmed to

I've built a page in Lectora 9 which has two audio files and two sets of animations set to play/reveal/etc. in an Action Group. I originally installed the sound files as MP3s, but when I loaded them into our LMS (as a SCORM ZIP file), the audio files glitch out, and stop playing after a second or two. These audio files work successfully in the LMS if there are no Actions on a page, but we need the actions.

So I inserted the MP3 files into a small Flash animation (exported as Flash 7), 10x10 pixels, the entirety of which is to play() the sound file, stop() at the end, and deliver a JavaScript call to Lectora to run an Action Group on the page. There's not even a media player skin to control it.

Now both the Flash files play as soon as the page loads, both in HTML and in the LMS.

I tried putting in Stop actions in Lectora to Stop those two Flash animations, but it doesn't work.
