Flash controls appearing in Captivate

My client has created a number of Captivate 3 Flash files for me to incorporate into Lectora modules. All are inserted identically (no autostart, initially visible, started by a Play button on the page), but when they play, some have a VCR-style control panel (stop, rewind, fast forward...) that appears at the bottom and some don't. Any ideas as to how we can make these consistent - either all showing controls or all not showing controls? Thanks in advance -rak-
