Flash Command Go to Frame

Hi

I am trying to use a Chacarcter Flash Animation and with Action in a button change de frame that is showed in this Flash animation, but the animation doesnt change de frame when a use the Flash Command in Action and the Go to Frame N in the command , the animation justo do nothing.

What especial flash animation need to have to this work ?
