Flash animations

Hi,i have a flash animation with next back buttons in the swf itself. I want to overlap them with Lectora buttons but I am unable to do so. The Lectora buttons always go behind the flash animation even if they are placed above it. I have tried the Layering and ordering feature in Lecora but it still isnt working.Please help.
