FIxed window size

Hiya - sorry, i should've made myself a bit clearer I'd like the main course to open to a fixed window size that is not scalable and thats all I want to do.I did a cheeky thing where on the 1st page, theres a button that lauches the 2nd page in a popup to a fixed size, but i'm worried that the popup page wont talk to the lms.Any suggestions?
