Fix for Lectora crashing when publishing

I am sharing a fix that worked for us in hopes that it may help others. We have been plagued with Lectora crashing when we publish to CourseMill for some time on certain titles. We would publish the title to CourseMill, it would go through it's creation of the cmscorm folder and then at the point it would create the zip file to package the course contents into, Lectora would crash. We would still be able to workaround the crashing, by manually creating the zip file, copying the contents, and manually uploading the file to the LMS. The work around worked however it was cumbersome to do, and wasn't ideal. It wasn't until I started looking at the files that Lectora produced in the cmscorm folder that I noticed that some of the assets used in the title had no "Modified Date" attribute visible in explorer.
