First page of HTML missing everything

Is this a problem only with the Demo version, because it includes a popup (saying that the title has been created with the Demo version) on the first page?I've been trying out a Demo version. I had exactly the problem that Devospice had, and the work-around worked for me as well.I didn't have the problem when publishing to a single file exe.
