First page of HTML missing everything

OK, with the help of Ben Pitman we were able to figure out a workaround to the problem. Turning off the "Use Web 2.0 Style Pop Ups" check box solved the problem, although we don't know what could be causing it. I sent him my file and it published fine for him.Per his suggestion I'm going to send a copy of the file to Travantis in case we've stumbled onto a bug.- Tom
