First Page in TOC not Highlighted

I am using Lectora 2008 to publish a title that has a table of contents. The TOC does not have a transparent frame. When I publish as html and view the course on my computer, the TOC works perfectly. However, when I upload it to the web and test, the first page of the toc is usually not highlighted. (Sometimes it is highlighted and sometimes it is not; about 75% of the time, it is not.) It seems to be related to how fast the page loads. If it takes an extra couple of seconds to load, the page is not highlighted. (The TOC, however, is visible; the first page just isn't highlighted.) If I go to the next page and then click Back, the page is highlighted.Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions for a fix?thanks
