Actually, I believe that PNGs are transparent in IE, but only in IE 7. Our company has IE6, so we also have the pain of not having transparent PNGs (unless we use PNG-8). I look forward to the time when we can finally upgrade to IE 7. Although, a filter would be a nice addition. I know that it was a feature in a couple of other applications that I was testing before we decided upon Lectora.And, you can have transparent PNGs when you publish to an executable, but you lose other functionality in the process.Kevin
