Hey, Gregg -I'm glad Ben was able to help you find a solution to your problem. I just wanted to let you know that the reason I didn't respond to your original post wasn't because of any of your three theories -- it was simply because I didn't really understand the question (and wasn't even sure what to ask for clarification). I figured that someone else likely would understand your question (as Ben ultimately did) and you'd get the help you needed. I'm not sure what you think you could have done to somehow made you persona non grata here, but, I assure you, my lack of response was definitely not a case of intentional shunning!Peace be with you Laura
