Fill in the blank questions
January 20, 2010 12:00 AM
1. Create a fill in the blank question and hide everything. This is what will be graded. (Question_0001)
2. Create the ordinal SURVEY question (does not get graded in a test far as I know) with values of 1, 2, and 3 for the options. (Question_0002)
3. Hide the text boxes generated. You don't want them seen by the learner.
4. Enter the real options in a single text box, separated by blank lines.
5. Align the drop-down lists next to the appropriate text.
6. Click on each dropdown list and on the On Select/Change tab make the action a modify variable setting the FIB question to the survey question value - Target: Question_0001; Value: Var(Question_0002)
7. Now you can test Question_0001 for = the right sequence.
