Feedback on question

Hello, I created a question within a title which will not count towards the overall grade and checked the "Show feedback" for each selection. I can't seem to get the feedback pop-up when the Done button is pressed. Do I need to place an action on the Done button or is there an option I missed in the title set-up? I did indicate "Type of Title" is AICC/SCORM...Thank you,Polina
