I don't use the feedback box provided within the test question. Mine also says Lectora.Instead, I create a correct and incorrect feedback page for each question stored in a chapter called Feedback. Then in the question properties, I check the Show page for correct/incorrect answer feedback and select the target correct/incorrect feedback page. This way you could design the feedback page the way you want it, including adding your company name.
