I just took over a Lectora project that publishes to AICC (in html). The previous version worked fine, but when my predecessor made some changes to the text and republished it.Once this version was published to the vendor's staging site, my client logged onto the site to test the course and found that the system had given her a couple of completions when she hadn't completed it. The vendor is not able to determine the cause of this. They created a new user ID, and that appeared to work fine, but existing user IDs don't.Any ideas?
