Hello: I'm experiencing extreme lag times - this morning the software is basically not workable. The background is a series of 360 videos, with still images and icons. I've checked my bandwidth here and have consistent download speeds of nearly 500M. When I tried to load Cenario on the website, the computer receives about 6M from the site - stuck waiting until it finally loads - up to a minute to try to do any basic task. Is there a performance problem on the servers or with the data center network connection? And if so, do you have an estimated time for a fix...because...deadlines....
