external HTML

What you see on the Lectora screen is just a place-holder for whatever HTML you wrote. You can write Javascript in which case there is nothing to show on the screen. Lectora gives you this place holder so that you have something to click on and so you can position the HTML if it is displayable. If the HTML is displayable, then it will appear approximately where you have the box on the screen. You will see your HTML code in action ONLY when you publish to HTML, not in Lectora run modes or when publishing to an executable.Suggestion: If you have Lectora 2005 or earlier, create a one page title and try various things until you get what you want. Publishing a one page title is a whole lot quicker than an entire course. If you have Lectora 2006, just keep clicking the "Preview in browser" button.Hope this helps.cheers, benEdited By: bpitman on 2006-1-20 18:34:14
