expiration date on published file

I am developing a toolkit in Lectora (2006) for our company that will contain links to confidential documents. The toolkit will be delivered via CD and will have password protection. Management would also like the toolkit to "expire" at a certain date, meaning after a specified date, if the user attempts to run the CD, the file will not open.
