expiration date on published file

Thanks - this did work. The program is set up so that after the user logs in, they are taken to a page where they select their division. Once they try to click on the button for their division, a message displays if the expiration date has passed and prevents them from going any further. I may also add an exit action as you suggested. It would be nice to have the expiration message display right away when they enter the program (before they log in) but I can't add an action to a page or an entry field (when they try to log in).
