On April 2 I paid $1,595 for Lectora Publisher License with 1 year of Support and Maintenance (Order Number: 98559). However I have not received the License Information to activate the software.

I tried to phone Trivamtis Sales and Support Departments, but all representatives were busy.
I filled in the form on the support page and got the following reply:

I'm still waiting for the requisites to register the software, for which I paid $1595.
