Exit Title/Close Window

Some background to the question. On an AICC published course, a very small percentage of users have their graded test score correctly recorded in the LMS, but the completion status is not recorded. Instead of "Completed" the status remains "Enrolled."The client thinks this is because the users in question just close the browser instead of using the exit button (with the on-click action, "Exit Title/Close Window.")So the question is, does this action prompt ANYTHING to happen except the obvious... closing the window and exiting the course?By the way, on the screen where the "exit course" button resides, there'a an on-show action "Submit Course Status" where the action is to modify the variable of the target, "AICC Course Status." This page shows immediately after the user clicks the "OK" button on custom feedback for the quiz. This works fine, according to the client, on 99.5% of users, so the "exception rate" is 0.5%.So to put the question another way, after the actions to report score and status have run, does closing the browswer window instead of executing the action, "Exit Title/Close Window" make any difference? Thanks,Dave
