Exit Button wont work when published

I am using Lectora 2008 and am having a few problems. When published for SCORM or AICC and launched from my LMS the exit button does nothing. I tried one of the sample courses provided in my Lectora class and the exit button behaved the same way. It does not work from the LMS but does work in preview mode and when launched external to the LMS.Both of my own course and the Trivantis prcatice course work if published as an html file and launched outside of the LMS. They also both work in preview and run modes.Anyone have any ideas?
