Likely have something causing a JavaScript error. Look in lower left corner of screen in IE (status bar). Do you see a yellow triangle? if so, click on it and post what you find. Viewing in Run or Preview mode use the Lectora engine. Viewing in Preview in Browser or publishing to some form of HTML view thru the browser which give different results - always. Not only this but text boxes will change in size if they have bullets or tables.Check all the actions on the page and inherited actions for missing fields that are not being caught by the publishing process. Be sure to check the Conditions Tab as well as the Else tab on all actions.
