Error When Publishing To HTML

Good Day Everyone,I am having some trouble getting Lectora 2007 Publishing Suite to run on one of my Client Laptops.I am running: Lectora Professional v. 2007 SP4 (4768)When I tried to run the application from a Desktop with a P4 2.8, 1GB RAM it runs fine. I installed it as an end user on a laptop which meets the requirements but is a slower machine PM 1.6, 512MB RAM The user got the following error every time he tried to publish to HTML (Debugging the files did nothing, we have confirmed the files aren’t corrupted.)http://www.flickr.com/photos/23512537@N03/2245853317/ (My Apologies linking directly to the image did not work, please cut and paste to view error.)Now I was successful when I reinstalled the application as a local admin and ran it from that account (One Time). However as soon as I logged in as the User who needs the application and ran it from that account the error persisted. I tried to reinstall the application as the user and got an Access Denied message preceding the install. I then made the user a local admin on the machine and the same issue presented itself. After I reinstalled the application under the Local Admin I started getting the same errors from the above image. ALL ATTEMPTS HAD SUCCESSFUL REGISTRATION. We also have a valid license. After getting frustrated we moved the application back to the Desktop he had originally been working from and all was fine. I tried it from the laptop with PowerPoint Integrator installed, then I uninstalled it, I then unintalled the Publishing suite and rebooted then only installing the publishing Suite. The same issue in the above image presented itself under every circumstance.Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.Edited By: fwishart on 2008-2-6 9:41:19
