I asked support about this. They asked if I had the visibility option turned on. They suggested turning it off.File --> Preferences --> General Tab. Uncheck "Show visibility check boxes in the left-hand pane."A work around I used was if you have Microsoft Office, use the "Microsoft Office Document Image Writer" as your printer, then print that file to the pdf distiller.Couple thoughts.
