Error Messages on Publishing

I am publishing a SCORM course, and have been getting an error message on the Next and Back Buttons. I have checked all of the pages in the title for errors and cannot find any. When I click on the errors from the error check or publishing notes, they go back to the buttons located on the main title. I have copied the pages to another template and still have the same problem. Any ideas where I should look?Thanks for the assistance. I had already disinherited the back and next buttons on the first and last pages. The error message is: Action Go To Next Page (or Previous Page) has an unresolved destination. When I click on the error message, I am taken back to the button, not to a specific page in the title.
