We are receiving the following error message MULTIPLE times while working in both existing and new titles: "Lectora Enterprise Edition has encounted a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." We are currently using Lectora 2007; however, we experienced the same issue constantly with 2006. With 2006 version, Support told us to download the most recent Service Pack (5 I believe) and hope that it resolved our issue - it did not. Our internal desktop support also tried to assist us - nothing seems to fix the issue. We were hoping that it would be resolved with 2007, but we were wrong. The error is occuring more now than it was.
