Error in Publishing to Scorm

Hi,
I have been facing this problem recently when publishing to Scorm. And the error says " Assignable Unit Introduction to GMS101 is missing a scored Test or Modify Variable action for either AICC_Lesson_Status or AICC_Score. You must have atleast one of these items somewhere in an assignable unit for AICC/SCORM. This iis how the assignable unit can be set as completed within the Learning Management System"
For your info we are currently running the published course in Courmemill.
And this is the first time I encountered this.
All the actions and variables have been the same all this years and i have been using the same format for all the courses past 2 years.
Can anyone advice please.
