Error in Internet Explorer

We pushed out a mandatory training to several thousand associates. A very small population, less than a dozen, is experiencing an issue when launching the course in Internet Explorer. I've attached a screenshot of the message. I can't seem to reproduce the error myself. I'm not positive, but the issue seems to be only happening to users who are connecting remotely to our network using F5/Entrust. That doesn't make any sense to me, but so far all users who have reported the issue have been remote. I've gathered some browser data on this issue. Below are links to browser information from an associate who the course works for and an associate who is receiving the error. Any ideas?

Have them check their compatibility view settings.

Awesome. You're welcome.

That was the issue. Thank you Darrel!

I overlooked that, but it would make sense. Thank you!
